While the majority of orders are typically shipped in a single package, larger orders may necessitate multiple packages. In cases where your order includes an item on back-order, we will fulfil and dispatch the available in-stock items promptly upon receiving your order. Upon packing and dispatching your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Should you need to modify your address before placing an order, you can easily do so by updating your information on the My Account page. Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of placement, provided the item is currently in stock. For items on back-order, you will find an estimated timeframe for that specific item when added to your cart.
